These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and club99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). • Account currency: Upon registration, you will select your preferred account currency. club99 supports Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupee (INR). Currency selection made at registration is final and cannot subsequently be changed.

club99 reserves the right to refuse any application for registration without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your club99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. The following obligations apply:

• You must select a strong, unique password for your club99 account and must not reuse a password used on any other service.
• You must not share your login credentials, OTP codes, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• club99 staff will never request your password or full OTP via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.

All financial transactions on the club99 platform are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for accounts denominated in Bangladeshi Taka.
• club99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or other individuals — are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• club99 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with its KYC obligations.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Funds originating from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full details.
• club99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any fraud, security, or responsible gaming investigation.

• Each bonus offer is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts only. club99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.
• club99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, exploiting wagering loopholes, or coordinating bonus abuse with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the club99 platform:

• Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed. club99 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where explicitly provided for under the specific rules of the relevant sport or game.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market, and account status.
• Cricket betting: Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the Sports section of the platform. In-play bets are subject to in-play rules, including the application of delays and the right of club99 to suspend markets at any time.
• Casino games: All casino games — including slots, live Baccarat, live Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and proprietary games such as Mine and Super Fruit Machine — are subject to the rules of the individual game as provided by the relevant game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming). • Malfunction policy: In the event of a system malfunction or software error affecting a game or betting market, club99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. • Abusing customer support resources, including submitting false complaints or providing fraudulent evidence.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in card games or any other multi-player gaming format.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

All content on the club99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of club99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code used on the platform.
• Use any club99 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of club99 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may be pursued through civil or criminal legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, club99 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising in connection with the platform, regardless of whether club99 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, connectivity issues, or delays in accessing the platform that are caused by circumstances beyond club99's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, or third-party platform outages.

• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit club99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by club99's own negligence, to the extent that applicable law prohibits such limitation.

club99's total aggregate liability to any account holder in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• The account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• club99 is required to do so in order to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement.

Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus-related obligations will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

Where an account is closed by club99 due to a breach of these Terms, club99 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all balances, including any winnings generated during the period of the breach.
